I enjoyed staying in my Urbanest Vauxhall this year. The building itself is nice and certain staff members were really helpful and friendly - i.e. Jonas and Romaine. However, my experience with a duty manager named Filipa was horrible. She would constantly scold me and my flatmates for walking into reception without a face covering, which was ironic, since she herself was not wearing one either. To ask us to do so in such a rude manner was shocking as by her logic, she was also spitting germs on us. In addition, she would constantly refuse to give us our packages if we did not have certain forms of ID on us (which we did not carry as we were in our own building). She also banned a few of my friends from collecting their belongings in the building after having moved out. Overall, my time at Urbanest has been wonderful despite the upset caused by this one member of staff. I am aware that complaints have been made about her by other people previously due to her mistreatment of other students living in the building, but I have decided to write this as a reminder so that in the future she can treat guests in a more friendly and polite manner, in order to create a comfortable living environment for everyone at Urbanest Vauxhall.

Living at Urbanest Vauxhall has been an amazing and fulfilling experience. I find that getting to know the staff at Vauxhall has been one of the best experiences for me since moving to London. The management team along with both the day/night team has EXCELLENT customer service and always will have long conversations with you! They are actually concerned with the students and understand their needs. They also have strong communication skills and always go above and beyond to get things done in the most efficient ways possible. I have never seen such a strong work ethic and familial spirit in any group that I have seen work together. A great team and a life-changing experience! I wanted to add a bit to my review as I am planning to leave Urbanest Vauxhall soon. My experience so far has been bitter-sweet. As an international student from the US, I had a lot of problems adjusting. However, as I got to know the Urbanest staff, Daniel S. would always take time out to have conversations with me about different issues. Also, Daniel was able to really help me even when he was very busy. He was a large part of my transition into London and also many conversations! Thank you so much Urbanest for constantly sending great people to help the students. I would live here again if I could. :)

I loved my time at Urbanest Vauxhall. It's been my second home. It is very student friendly. Great location, nice common spaces, and wonderful staff, especially Anna :). She's my go to person. Very sweet and helpful. I cannot imagine this building without her. I'm going to miss you Anna! I noticed some residents who were living in the private space are complaining about the en-suite resident!!!!!!! To the future private residents: The private space have their own small kitchen, but they also have access to the en-suite area and would come and feel so free to use the en-suite Kitchen!!!!!!! And nobody ever complained. There are NO THEFT incidents. Some people lost stuff because of visitors. I'd love to come back here. You will love this place 100%. Wish you all the best!

Living and studying in London has been a great joy, and thanks to Urbanest Vauxhall, this city quickly became a home away from home. The entire building is decorated beautifully, providing a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. Its location in this developing trendy neighbourhood so close to the city centre (a pleasant walk alongside the river or just 6 minutes from Waterloo Station by train) makes this accommodation an ideal temporary home. When returning after a long day at uni, meeting up with friends in the common room on the 31st floor allows clearing one's head. No wonder, as it offers a spectacular 360° view over London and the river Thames. My room is a real dream and allows me to quickly recharge after another exciting day. Whenever a change of scenery is desired during intense revision periods, a quick elevator ride down to the spacious study area on the first floor helped to re-focus and stay productive. Whenever I needed help or just wanted to have a little chat, I would pop down to reception to find Ana. She is a real sunshine – always positive, and with a smile, Ana would be there providing competent advice and assistance to numerous residents. She and the entire team at Urbanest Vauxhall do a fantastic job, and with all my heart I would like to thank them for being there during this incredible year! It has been a delight, and I'm already looking forward to being back soon!
