This student home offers many services and facilities such as adapted rooms, a games room, study rooms, TV and DVD rooms, a gym, a recreation room, unlimited access to common areas, a change of bed linen and towels, a dining room, self-service laundry services, cleaning services, parking, maintenance services, vending machines, an outdoor pool, an outdoor terrace, and a Wi-Fi.

*New residents: stays from 3 to 9,5 months: €1.000; stays less than 3 months: €700.

*Renewing residents: they will keep the same amount of the current course. It should only be updated if the amount deposited is less than 80% of that established in the academic year 2022/23.
