It is a 15-minute bus ride from the<a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/uk/colchester/university-of-essex" style="">&nbsp;University of Essex</a> - Colchester Campus and a 31-minute bus ride from <a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/uk/colchester/colchester-institute" style="">Colchester Institute.</a> Colne Causeway bus stop is three minutes away from the building to connect you to the rest of the city.

The Maltings

The staff at the Maltings  by my personal experience are always happy to help and will even have a small talk with you to see how you are doing. First I want to say that the maintenance team run by Dave aka Batman are available 24/7 (except holidays like let’s give them a break) to help students with any problem they may be facing with their accommodation. The staff at the reception are always nice and are even funny. They even organize small events for students staying here like BBQ or small treats to help you get through the day. I would say this is one of the best accommodations, the prices are reasonable and the staff here are always willing to help.

Just settled my child into accomodation. Impressed.

Perfect staffs with speed and attitude. I feel comfortable when I lived there for 11 months.
