This Canberra student home offers multiple student apartment and single rooms. It is located next to Domino's Pizza and a short stroll from McDonald's.
The property has multiple on-site facilities including, paid on-site parking, coin-operated laundry, paid parcel service, internet service, bike storage, study zones and on-site reception. There is an on-site management team available 24/7 within the building as well as a security team and CCTV system. The building has barbeque grills, games room, communal kitchens, and a social calendar for events.
*An additional $27 per week applies for unlimited usage of electricity, gas and water (hot & cold).

A single room in a 5-bed apartment with a bed, study area, and a sofa. The kitchen is shared and it comes with a fridge, microwave, stove and a dining area.
A single room in a 2-bed apartment with a bed, study area, and a sofa. The kitchen is shared and it comes with a fridge, microwave, stove and a dining area.
A self-contained flat with a bed, study area, wardrobe, dining area, sofa, a bathroom and a private kitchenette with a stove, fridge and microwave.

A 6-week refundable bond and 4 weeks rent are required in advance.
No Visa No Pay Policy
Prior to the leasing agreement
If you were not successful in receiving a visa to study in Australia before the commencement of your lease start date, send a written email requesting cancellation. The email must be submitted to the property at which your booking is held within 24 hours of you receiving notification from the Department of Home Affairs, along with the email from the Department of Home Affairs advising your refusal notice to study in Australia. You will then be formally advised that your lease agreement will then be cancelled without penalty.
After the Leasing agreement
If you are cancelling after the commencement of your lease date due to not receiving a visa to study in Australia, we ask that you complete the following actions. Send a written email notification that you wish to terminate your lease. It must be submitted to the property at which your booking is held within 24 hours of you receiving notification from the Department of Home Affairs, along with the email from the Department of Home Affairs advising your refusal notice to study in Australia. The Property Manager will consider your request for the breaking of your lease and advise whether your request has been accepted.
The no visa, no pay policy only applies for the following UniLodge Properties: UniLodge @ Metro Adelaide, UniLodge South Bank, UniLodge Royal Melbourne, UniLodge Victoria University and UniLodge @ RMIT Bundoora - Walert House.
