The Moor is very close to Sheffield's popular and vibrant city centre. The University of Sheffield International College and Sheffield College are both about 17 minutes walk away from the building. The area boasts many interesting restaurants and shops, as well as music venues.
The Moor Sheffield student residence has all-inclusive bills, free Wi-Fi, regular cleaning services, laundry, 24 hours security, parcel collection and delivery services, bike storage, on-site gym, big communal lounges, communal lounge, communal games room, study zones, and TVs in all rooms.

It is just a 12-minute walk from the University of Sheffield and an 8-minute walk from Sheffield Hallam University. Sheffield station is the nearest one to the building, 12 minutes walk away. Sheffield's city centre can be reached in just 5 minutes walk. Porter Brook Pocket Park is about 8 minutes walk away, where you can choose to take a morning walk in peace surrounded by vast green spaces.

International students can pay in 3 instalments for long-term bookings without a UK guarantor.
Should a student’s VISA be declined and they are denied entry into the United Kingdom, they will be released from the license agreement as long as they are able to provide written proof prior to the start of the license agreement.
No University Place
Should a student’s place at the university be declined and they are denied studying at the university in the United Kingdom, they will be released from the license agreement as long as they are able to provide written proof prior to the start of the license agreement. In case of a delayed university academic year, the student can defer the start date and delay it to the new one.
Should a student be unable to arrive due to the COVID-19 virus, this could be due to the enforced travel ban or the possibility of contracting the virus by showing symptoms; they will be released from the license agreement as long as they advise us prior to the start of the license agreement.
*A £50 transfer fees will be deducted from the initial payment in some of the previously mentioned cases.
