Location

Deposit: serves to protect and guarantee compliance with the terms and clauses of the contract, fundamentally non-payments, and any possible problem that may occur in the room during the course. If at the end of the contract everything is fine, this amount will be refunded. It is a total of €1,000 for stays of more than 4 months that will be paid when confirming your place in the residence.Enrollment: €240 management fees

Payment Terms

1- Penalties for Unjustified cancelation:<h2 dir="ltr" style="font-weight: bold;">If the resident cancels their contract early without a justified reason, financial penalties apply as follows&nbsp;</h2><ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="">Cancellations between September 1 and January 16: The resident must pay the full cost of the remaining stay up until January 16.</li><li dir="ltr" style="">Cancellations after January 16 until the original move-out date: The resident must pay the full cost of the remaining stay until the originally agreed end date.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr" style="">Non-Refundable Fees: Enrollment and Deposit fees are non-refundable after the contract begins, regardless of early termination.</li></ul>2. Justified Reasons for Termination:&nbsp;Early termination may be considered justified in specific cases, provided the resident submits official documentation:<ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="">Relocation for Studies: The resident must submit an enrollment document from an institution in a different province, and termination must be requested before move-in.</li><li dir="ltr" style="">Medical Conditions: Serious health issues affecting the resident or close family members (up to second-degree kinship).</li><li dir="ltr" style="">Other Documented Reasons: The residence management may consider additional reasons justified at its sole discretion based on the submitted documentation.</li></ul>3. Penalties for Justified Termination:<ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="">Even if termination is justified, some financial responsibilities remain:<ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="">Full Month's Rent: The resident must pay the full rent for the month of cancellation.</li><li dir="ltr" style="">Non-Refundable Enrollment Fee: The Enrollment fee remains non-refundable in all cases.</li><li dir="ltr" style="">Refund of Deposit: The Deposit may be refundable if there are no outstanding charges for unpaid rent, borrowed materials, or damages to the room and facilities.</li></ul></li></ul>3. Finding a Replacement:<ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="">If the resident or Yugo finds a replacement tenant who can occupy the room for the remaining term, the resident is only responsible for the stay up until the day before the new tenant’s start date.</li><li dir="ltr" style="">Non-Refundable Fees: The Enrollment and Deposit fees remain non-refundable as per the contract.</li></ul>The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy.
