When is rent due?Rent is payable monthly in advance and must be received no later than the first working day of each rental month.For partial rental months, rent is charged pro rata, unless otherwise stated. Aufgrund der Bestimmungen der Stadt München biete ich dieses Apartment nur für einen Mindestaufenthalt von 6 Monaten an. Im Gegenzug biete ich alle Unterschriften für eine legale Anmeldung in München.

The quiet flat on the ground floor has a large balcony and is close to the underground station Laimer Platz (5 min walk or just one busstation - station is 50m away). Form there you are in the center of town in just 8 minutes.

Due to legal restrictions in Munich I offer this apartment for a minimum stay of 6 month only.
