St Margaret's House

St Margaret’s House is a student housing in Southampton that offers three types of rooms. The first type is the Non-Ensuite rooms; which include Standard and Classic. Each of these single rooms features a comfy bed, a wardrobe, and ample storage. The bathroom, kitchen, and living area are shared between students.

If you don’t like sharing your bathroom, then the second type, the En-suite rooms, is the one for you. These rooms come with everything you would find in single rooms, plus their private bathrooms. The kitchen, however, is shared between students. For your own private bathroom and kitchen, you will want to choose the third type of rooms provided by the property, the One-Bed Apartments. 

St Margaret’s House offers free high-speed Wi-Fi and broadband throughout the whole premises with speeds up to 100Mbps. It has all-inclusive utility bills and an on-site management team. It’s 24/7 CCTV-monitored and has on-site laundry facilities and secure bike storage as well as car parking. You will also find a variety of communal areas, study spaces, and an outside courtyard. 

Southampton has had its fair share of aviation history. The Spitfire, a huge advancement in the books of aero-travel, first took off from Southampton in 1936.

St Margaret’s House is situated in the heart of Southampton; with everything you need within your reach. Big supermarkets, like Lidl and Sainsbury's, where you can buy all your groceries to make the best home-cooked meals, are close by. If you don’t like cooking, you’ll find many restaurants around you; try a different every day.

From takeout ones such as Shire Restaurant, to Greek ones like Blue Island, to pies at Piecaramba; everything is nearby. You can also break out some sweat climbing at Boulder Shack Climbing Gym, or attend live concerts at The Brook. In Riverside Park, enjoy the fresh air, the warmth of the sun, and the green scenery.
