A booking fee of 500 euros is required in order to book the arrangement, to be charged before check-in, along with the deposit, cleaning costs equal to 150 euros, vat included and any additional costs for the supply of bed linen. Bath towels and bed sheets, equivalent to 50 euros per night, vat included. The rent can be payed annually for long-term stays. The price covers condominium costs, tari, services where specified, service and contract management fees up to the specified cap. The price covers check-in / check-out during business hours from monday to friday. The price contains help in english. The application fee to the contract is included in the invoice. The price does not provide cleaning facility available on request for a fee with/without towel adjustment. The price does not cover check-in/out on Sundays, public holidays and late / early hours. The italian tax code is required for rentals that last more than 1 month, and is available through our dedicated paid assistance. Cancellation policy no refund will be made in case of early termination of bookings with set dates. The deposit will be repaid after check-out within 14 days provided there is no loss and/or unnecessary utility use.
