Bright and comfortable two-room apartment on the 4th floor, well linked to major tourist attractions, in a strategic area of town. The kitchen is complete with: water boiler, fridge, dishwasher, induction cooker, microwave, and oven. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 single sofa bed. The apartment is only for non-smokers and comes with WiFi, phone, washing machine and lift. It is also equipped for the entire duration of your stay with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels, and bed linen. The house is fully at your disposal and we have put care in every detail to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. WHO IMPORTANT:

Security deposit and admin fee must be transferred to the landlord for initial and final cleaning no later than two weeks before the date of movement.

CONDITION DE RENTAL:

According to Italian law, to sign the rental agreement it is obligatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate or by visiting the Entry Agency at least one week before check-in. If you can't get one a charge is applied on time;

Until check-in the rental agreement needs to be sealed. Failure to do so would make the apartment difficult to enter;

Rent covers the services based on regular use; the costs will be removed from the refund if you surpass the gas and energy consumption. The leasing agreement sets out details;

The rental price includes Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs;

If you want to leave the flat early, you clearly need to tell us by having at least 21 days notice period;

Check-in time: from 3pm till 9pm per day;

Check-out time: at 11am.

If your reservation has been registered, we will be in touch with you directly to ask you to pay: the security deposit, equivalent to a month's rent, and the cleaning fee (cost starting at 175 euros).
