<ol><li dir="ltr">Holding Deposit&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">You’ll pay a holding deposit once you book your room. This is to secure your room.&nbsp;</li></ol><ul><li dir="ltr">It's important to note that the holding deposit is non-refundable if the tenancy agreement is not signed within a strict&nbsp;14-day period.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">Once you sign your tenancy agreement, the holding deposit becomes a refundable security deposit. You’ll get it back after your tenancy is over if there’s no damage done to the room or the communal areas.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">&nbsp;By paying your holding deposit, you give full consent to use the details that you’ve provided to conduct a search against the sanction list in any chosen country. Note: You've got the right to prohibit any kind of search, but the provider won’t be able to proceed with your application.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">You can pay rent upfront or in instalments&nbsp;(with a UK guarantor)&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">Relevant checks will be made to confirm your place at your university, and then you’ll receive an online offer with the tenancy agreement through the Student Portal online.</li><li dir="ltr">You’ll get a full refund on the holding deposit if the provider can’t offer you a room or a suitable alternative.&nbsp;</li></ul><ol start="3"><li dir="ltr">Cancellation within the cooling-off period</li></ol><ul><li dir="ltr">You can cancel within 14 days of receiving the accommodation offer and get a full refund of the holding deposit.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">You generally lose your holding deposit if you cancel after the cooling-off period.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">Exception: You can get out of the tenancy agreement even after your cooling-off period if: &nbsp;</li></ul><ol><li dir="ltr">You’re a first-year undergraduate student who didn't get accepted to your chosen university or got accepted to a different one (with proof).</li><li dir="ltr">You couldn’t get a UK visa (with proof)&nbsp;</li></ol><ul><li dir="ltr">You might be released from the tenancy agreement and get some rent refunded (minus the holding deposit), if you find someone to replace you.&nbsp;</li></ul><ol start="4"><li dir="ltr">Period before you enter your tenancy agreement</li></ol>CRM Students have the right to return your holding deposit and cancel your booking if any of the following occurs:&nbsp;<ul><li dir="ltr">Provide any misleading information</li><li dir="ltr">If you fail to complete your application or provide grantor details and supporting documentation within a reasonable time.</li></ul><ol start="5"><li dir="ltr">Cancellation after moving in&nbsp;</li></ol>It’s hard to leave during your contract term; there are some alternative options, including:&nbsp;<ul><li dir="ltr">Find a replacement tenant who can take over your contract and who meets the specific criteria (age, student status, guarantor).&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">You’ll still pay a £50 administration fee, even if you find a replacement.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">If you still can’t find a replacement, you’re responsible for the full rent payment until the end of your contract.</li></ul><ol start="6"><li dir="ltr">Cancellation by CRM Students or the landlords</li></ol><ul><li dir="ltr">Your booking will be cancelled if you fail to do the following:&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1. Fail to sign the tenancy agreement within 14 days of receiving the offer (outside the cooling-off period).&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2. If you didn’t check in on your start date (outside the cooling-off period). &nbsp;<ul><li dir="ltr">Once you sign your tenancy agreement, it can only be terminated by mutual agreement or under specific circumstances.&nbsp;</li></ul><ol start="7"><li dir="ltr">Room and tenancy changes&nbsp;</li></ol><ul><li dir="ltr">You can extend your tenancy before the start date (subject to availability). However, you can’t shorten your stay.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">&nbsp;You can change your start date if you want.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">If you wish to upgrade your room or move to a different room type that is the same type as the original, you can do so for free before your start date (subject to availability).&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">Room swaps after the start date cost £50.</li></ul>

Belaton House is an excellent choice if you’re looking for accommodation near <a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/uk/bournemouth/bournemouth-university-international-college" style="">Bournemouth University International College</a>. The property is a four-minute walk away from the university. Bournemouth Station (Stop 7) is the nearest bus station to the property, a minute’s walk.

Belaton House

The student accommodation location is perfect, with convenient access to campus, train station ,Asda ,town centre and nearby attractions.

Easily one of the best if not the best  accommodation in Bournemouth. Staff are wonderful ( Lewis, T, Candice and Carl to mention names) and willing to help with any issue. People living here are also super friendly so i’ve made lots of friends just in the elevator and the gym and cinema room are great ☺️

Belaton is the best student accommodation in Bournemouth. The team are so friendly and always keen to help out! I have loved my stay here and highly recommend to anyone else!

Place is really nice. The staff are the best and absolutely lovely and understanding. My room is a 2 bed with kitchen and bathroom and me and my partner have stayed in this building for our uni stay. Also very understanding about any issues and will get them sorted

Belaton has been a wonderful experience, the only accommodation which was a two bedroom flats in Bournemouth for students. The interiors of the building are with inviting colours, the amenities provided are much better than any other student accommodation in town: there's a gym, cinema room, study space, laundry room, 24 security, surf and bike storage, parking (extra paid for) and a TV in the rooms(two bed flats). The location is in a prime area of clubs, the town and the bus stop to uni. The only problem I had was that the two bedroom flat kitchen don't really have a bug  ventilation source which makes the room area hot really quickly, other then that wonderful time here.
