June Homes Cancellation Policy To cancel your lease early, you must inform June Homes at least 60 days in advance. This 60-day period begins on the first day of the month following your notice. For instance, if you notify the team on May 15th, the 60 days start counting from June 1st. If you choose to end your lease before the original end date, a termination fee is required.This fee is equal to one month's rent if your desired new end date falls between May 1st and August 31st. For new end dates between September 1st and April 30th, the fee is 1.5 months' rent. This fee must be paid when you submit your cancellation notice. To begin the cancellation process, email June Homes. This policy exists to allow June Homes sufficient time to find a replacement tenant for the property you were initially going to occupy. The cancellation fee helps the team cover the expenses associated with this process, such as advertising and property viewings. While June Homes understands unforeseen situations and is open to discussing solutions, the cancellation fee itself is not negotiable. The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy. There could be a few changes incorporated from time to time. Hence, we recommend you review the full Accommodation Contract for a comprehensive understanding of their cancellation policies.
