The furnished apartment on offer with approx. 47m² includes a large room. At the moment there are 3 single beds, but these can be replaced by a double bed or anything else on moving in, if desired. You can tell we, what furniture you need and i will arrange everything before handover (free of charge). The kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom with shower and washing machine. The flat rate rental price includes all additional costs, including internet and electricity. Perfect for a group of students or fitters. Smoking is permitted outside. Convenient location with bus and tram as well as supermarkets, restaurants and bars right outside the door.
