Cosy Apartment in popular area (Berlin)

Cozy, quiet apartment centrally located in Neukölln. Because I travel a lot, I rent out my apartment for 2-3 months a year. There's a large balcony where several people can sit around a table. The apartment is situated in a green area, next to a small stream along the former Berlin Wall strip. Bus and train stops are a 5-minute walk away.
