Modern & comfortable 1 1⁄2 room apartments in exposed location directly at the Kurfürstendamm, with high-quality & comfortable design furniture in genuine leather, laminate floors, completely equipped kitchen with dining table, separate sleeping area with exclusive Treca bed. All apartments have their own bell as well as a mailbox and are equipped with dishes (Tafelstern), cutlery (WMF), glasses (Spiegelau), towels, bed linen, TV, Internetflatrate, coffee machine, kettle, cleaning utensils, etc. A washing machine and a dryer are located in the building. *Note: Please note that in the course of the renovation work on Kudamm-Karree (Kurfürstendamm 206-209), noise pollution may currently be a problem at our location - Kurfürstendamm 210. Note: Due to the ongoing construction works at Kudamm-Karree (Kurfürstendamm 206-209) it could come to some noise pollutions at our location Kurfürstendamm 210. The prices do not include the Berlin City Tax, which is 5% of the overnight stay price and must be paid to the city by every private traveller. If it can be proven that the trip is for business purposes, the City Tax is not applicable.
