We rent for professional reasons temporarily our very nice and fully furnished maisonette apartment in Berlin Wedding. It is located on the 5th and 6th floor, up to the 4th floor there is an elevator. It has a spacious living and dining area, a bedroom, a small guest room, a guest toilet, a roof terrace (20sqm) and a balcony (10sqm). The connection is very good: In 300m is the streetcar stop (M13 and M50). By bike you can reach Berlin Mitte in about 15 minutes, 10 minutes walk to the U station Pankstr. (U8). The famous Mauerpark is about 1km away. Washing machine and gas boiler are new. There is actually everything you need for a pleasant, longer stay in Berlin.
