Hello Berliners! I am subletting this beautiful, sunny and peaceful apartment in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg from June 3rd - June 30th, with potential to extend. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, 40 m2, with a backyard / interior (super quiet), and the balcony faces south (great for sunshine). The pictures show the entire apartment (bathroom, hallway, kitchen, bedroom and balcony). The largest room is the bedroom, which also serves as a living room. It is fully furnished - all furniture/appliances belong to the apartment. There is a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, a stove/oven, a ceiling fan and plates/cutlery/cups) Rent: The rent is €999 for one month and includes all utilities, electricity, broadcasting and internet costs. In addition, a deposit of €1,500 is required as the furniture will be temporarily left for you. Prorated rent can be worked out depending on the duration of stay. The flat is well connected - 25 minutes to Warschauer Straße and 20 minutes to Alexanderplatz, with a tram and Sbahn station within 5-7 minutes walk. The ringbahn from Prenzlauer Allee is roughly an 8 minute walk. Access to the U2 ubahn stations (Eberswalder Straße and Schönhauser Allee) are about 10 minutes walk.
