Welcome to our 2-room-maisonette apartment in the attic of a renovated old building in a central but nevertheless quiet location of Dresden-Friedrichstadt. You enter the apartment via the square-shaped hallway. Adjacent to the hallway is the timelessly tiled daylight bathroom with tub and washing machine as well as the bright living room with modern kitchen. A spiral staircase leads from the living room to the upper level of the apartment, which serves as a bedroom. Here there is also a separate entrance to the staircase. Here you can enjoy the proximity to the Elbe River and are not far from the city center. In a few minutes you can reach the Altmarktgalerie, the Zwinger and the Postplatz. The excellent infrastructure offers shopping facilities, schools, kindergartens, train, bus and streetcar stations in the immediate vicinity, which can be reached easily on foot. The tram stop Manitiusstraße is only 2 minutes away and offers a connection to the city center with line 1, which can also be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
