This comfortable apartment is only 2 minutes from esecs, 5 minutes from ipl and 1 minute from the supermarket and gymnasium. Of course by foot!! The interior decoration was designed to accommodate the student's comfort and needs. The floor is stone, with the exception of bedrooms on the wooden floor. It provides the perfect setting for those who appreciate a fun, somehow irreverent atmosphere, without neglecting the study room. It is sunny but new in the summer with two balconies and the fireplace in the living room means a warm winter. Getting two bedrooms, a large dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a lobby is suitable for 2-3 mates at most. Lots of rooms, nice enough to keep tidy, ideal for living in.
