WHAT IMPORTANT:

Security deposit and admin fee must be transferred to the landlord for initial and final cleaning no later than two weeks before the date of movement.

CONDITION DE RENTAL:

According to Italian law, to register the rental agreement it is compulsory to apply for a legitimate Italian Tax Code. You may apply for one by calling the nearest Consulate or by visiting the Entry Agency at least one week before check-in. When you can't find one a penalty is levied on time;

You will sign the rental agreement before check-in. Failure to do so would make the apartment difficult to enter;

Rent covers the services based on regular use; the costs will be removed from the refund if you surpass the gas and power consumption. The leasing agreement sets out details;

The leasing price covers broadband wi-fi, electricity, building expenses and lease processing costs;

If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you simply need to inform us by providing at least 21 days notice period;

Check-in time: from 3pm till 9pm per day;

Check-out time: from 11am.

PAYMENTE EXTRA:

Once your reservation has been registered, we will be in touch with you directly to ask you to pay: the security deposit, equivalent to a month's rent and the cleaning fee (cost starting at 175 euros).
