Can I invite guests?

You can have guests stay over at your iQ accommodation, but please be respectful of your fellow residents and the property. Overnight guests can only stay in your own room and for no more than 3 nights within a 7 day period. Please let your flatmates know when you have a guest staying over and sign them in at reception. You are also responsible for their behavior.

Can I move out early?

You can move out of your iQ accommodation, but you will still be liable for rent payments until the end of your fixed-term tenancy agreement.

Can I store my belongings with you over the holidays?

If you have possessions that you do not want to take home with you, we can store them for you for a short period of time. Please ask our Reception team for more information.

When can I move into my IQ room?

You can move in on the same day mentioned in your tenancy agreement.

Are bedding and toiletries provided?
