Payment Terms

Post-deposit, rental payments are processed via Direct Debit every Friday for the subsequent week. An initial $5.60 administrative fee applies upon guest registration. 

Weekly transaction charges are added to the rent based on the selected payment method: $2.16 for Australian bank transfers or a 2.95% surcharge for credit card payments. 


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

In all scenarios, the initial booking fee and the two-week security deposit are strictly non-refundable. 

14 Days or Fewer Before Arrival: 

A cancellation fee equivalent to two weeks of rent is charged. Consequently, two weeks of the four-week prepaid rent will be refunded.

15 to 28 Days Before Arrival:

A cancellation fee equivalent to one week of rent is charged. Consequently, three weeks of the four-week prepaid rent will be refunded.

More than 28 Days Before Arrival: 

No additional cancellation fees are applied. The full four weeks of prepaid rent will be refunded.

The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy. There could be a few changes incorporated from time to time. Hence, we recommend you review the full Accommodation Contract for a comprehensive understanding of their cancellation policies.
