Initial payments to secure the lease must be made within 48 hours and TCs are in the lease agreements sent to the student.

Cancellation Requests: All termination and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, accompanied by supporting evidence, to the relevant UniLodge property where your application was lodged.

Cancellation Rights: The provider reserves the right to cancel your accommodation application at its discretion under certain circumstances, including:

• Providing false or misleading information during the application process.
• Failure to meet student status requirements.
• Not signing the Residential Tenancy Agreement by the required deadline.
• Not paying the advance rent and/or bond by the due dates specified.
• Not arriving by your contract start date (unless an alternate date of arrival is provided later than the contract start date).
• Failing to comply with your obligations as outlined in the Booking Terms & Conditions.

No Visa, No Offer – No Pay: The provider offers a 'No Visa, No Offer – No Pay!' policy, which entitles you to a full refund if you are unable to secure an Australian student visa or are denied an offer from your education provider in Australia.

Eligibility for 'No Visa, No Offer – No Pay!' Refund: To be eligible, you must:

• Provide a copy of the refusal notice or decision letter from your education provider.
• Submit all documentation to the relevant UniLodge property at least 30 days prior to your booking start date.

Refund Options for 'No Visa, No Offer – No Pay!': Available options include:

• Deferring your contract start date and transferring your advance rent payment to the deferred booking.
• Receiving a full refund, which may take up to four weeks to process.

Cancellation After Tenancy Agreement: Once a Tenancy Agreement is signed, it is a legally binding contract. Typically, a cancellation fee of one to four weeks' rent applies.

Special Circumstances for 'No Visa, No Offer – No Pay!' Option: If you are unable to secure a visa or are denied an offer, you must notify UniLodge in writing within 24 hours of receiving your decision notice to qualify for the refund.

Cancellation Due to Global Pandemic: If your home country imposes travel restrictions, you must provide official documentation to be considered for cancellation.
