Unfortunately, bringing your pet over is not allowed, the only exception being that the pet is a working or guide dog. In that case, this can be arranged with the staff.

Some room types do have TV; however, you will have to pay for a TV license if you wish to watch live or on-demand TV. Many communal areas have TVs. You can also share a TV license with your flatmates to watch TV in communal spaces.

You can do so; however, you will not receive any rent refunds.
