Location

What is the purpose of the £150 payment?&nbsp;This is the Advance Rental Payment (ARP). It secures the room and is later deducted from the first rent instalment. How long is a room held?&nbsp;A room is reserved for seven days after the ARP is paid. The agreement must be signed within this time. Can the move-in date or room be changed?&nbsp;Room swaps and extensions are allowed for free before the start date (if available), but the contract length cannot be reduced.

Payment Terms

Can a booking be cancelled for a full refund?&nbsp;Yes, if the request is made within seven days of paying the Advance Rental Payment. What happens if a student misses the 7-day window?&nbsp;The student remains liable for the contract unless they provide proof of a visa rejection, failed grades, or medical emergency within 72 hours of the event. Can a student leave after moving in?&nbsp;Only if they have withdrawn from university or have a 60-day medical suspension. This requires four weeks' notice, and the departure must fall on the same day of the week the tenancy started. Can a replacement tenant be found?&nbsp;Yes. If the student does not meet the withdrawal criteria, they must find a suitable replacement. A £50 fee applies, and rent is owed until the new tenant takes over. When can booking be cancelled by us?If the applicant fails to sign the contract within a week, fails background/immigration checks, or provides false information. The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy. There could be a few changes incorporated from time to time. Hence, we recommend you review the full Accommodation Contract for a comprehensive understanding of their cancellation policies.

Good for a student accommodation, but in comparison to others with similar prices seems outdated (appliances/kitchen mostly). Also my flat in Turner Court has one combined fridge freezer for 5 people! Struggle with that lol x

Is a bit of a trek for Newcastle students, not at all for Northumbria students. Most staff are lovely and pleasant to interact with, freebies are sparser than it seems reading these reviews.

Desk is GREAT size, as an architecture student it is amazing to be able to have that much space to work, and a lot of storage to keep it all.

Circuit laundry is EXPENSIVE here in comparison to other accommodation at £3.80 for a wash and £2.30 for a dry. I recommend going to the laundromat across the street or your flatmates circuit laundry.

Flatmates really make it or break it, have found friends for life here.

Quite area. The Room and spaces in between buildings are clean and tidy. Garden is nice.
Check in was super easy and fast.
But, bathroom shower sink is horrible, it's always clogged. and ofcourse there is no access to the kitchen.
However, great price for the value.
