What payment methods and schedules are available?

Payments are accepted via credit card, bank transfer, or online portals. The balance can be paid either in full upfront or divided into up to four instalments.

Is the booking deposit refundable if plans change?

No. The £25 booking fee required at reservation is strictly non-refundable if the decision is made not to move forward with the stay.

Who is responsible for property damage during the tenancy?

Residents must cover the costs for any damages or broken items incurred during their stay before the lease ends.

What are the guarantor requirements for instalment payments?

Those paying in instalments without an approved guarantor (such as Housing Hand) must provide a four-week deposit. No additional fees or deposits apply if an approved guarantor is used or if the total balance is paid upfront.

Can specific room arrangements or locations be requested?

Yes. Room and location preferences can be specified during the reservation process and will be accommodated based on property availability.

When and how will check-in instructions be provided?

Move-in guides are emailed 2 to 4 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date. This email explains how to select a check-in time, complete necessary documentation, and finalise any remaining balances.

Is it possible to check in prior to the official move-in date?

Early check-in requests must be submitted in advance. These requests are evaluated based on room readiness and availability, and extra fees may apply.

How can a stay be extended for a subsequent term?

Residents wishing to renew their stay should contact the administration team early to secure their current room or an alternative preference before availability decreases.
