Payment Terms

Where can I find the full termination policy? It is available in the booking section and on the documents page. You must read and understand it before confirming your booking. Can I cancel within the initial period? Yes. You may cancel within 7 days of accepting the offer or paying the deposit (whichever occurs first), provided you have not moved into the property. If eligible, your security deposit will be refunded in full. How long does it take to receive the deposit refund? Refunds are normally processed within 28 working days of cancellation. If the deposit has already been secured with a third-party protection scheme, the refund may take up to 60 days due to the scheme’s processing time. In this case, the refund will be issued directly by the scheme and may require a repayment reference provided by them. The landlord cannot influence or speed up this process. Deposits are legally required to be protected in a third-party scheme. What happens if I cancel after the 7-day initial period? You remain liable for rent on a weekly basis, including any part-week, until the room is re-let. When will I be released from the agreement after late cancellation? You will only be released once the room has been successfully re-let and any required release payment or fees have been paid. The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy. There could be a few changes incorporated from time to time. Hence, we recommend you review the full Accommodation Contract for a comprehensive understanding of their cancellation policies.

Really enjoyed my stay at Crown House! The location is super convenient, especially for getting to uni and nearby shops. The rooms are comfortable and kept clean, and the building feels safe and well looked after. The staff are friendly and helpful whenever you need them, which makes a big difference. Overall, it’s a cosy, stress-free place to live, and I’d happily recommend Crown House to other students ❤️

The environment is good, the room is spacious and bright, and the facilities are complete. The front desk staff are responsible and diligent, making the stay very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The front desk service of this apartment is really impeccable. From check-in to check-out, every process was very smooth. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, ready to help solve various problems at any time. Whether it was travel consultation or daily trivia, they could answer patiently. The stay experience was very pleasant and highly recommended!

This is the best student accommodation in Sheffield without a doubt. The staff are very attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. There is a 24-hour front desk which can always provide you the assistance. The accommodation, itself, is super clean and modern. Also, there are usually small events for the residence to enjoy. Highly recommended!!!
