The University student accommodation offers a wide range of room types such as standard single, en-suite single, large single, and shared. Glasgow postgraduate accommodation options are available though you might not get your first choice due to the number of applicants.The University of Glasgow student accommodation is offered in many residences such as Kelvinhaugh Street, Lister House, Maclay Residences, and Winton Drive. There are also catered residences such as Dumfries Hall, Brooke House, and Laurieknowe Hall. Accommodation fees include bed linen, heating and lighting, 24/7 internet access and Wi-Fi, group insurance cover for possessions, and access to GU Sport. Many room types are offered as well such as single rooms, studios, small or large one bedroom flats, two and three bedroom flats, single en-suites, and large single en-suites.
Student Accommodation for Families:
The University of Glasgow student accommodation is also offered to undergraduate and postgraduate students with partners and/or families. Flats are available in university-owned accommodation and the accommodation fees depend on the location and the size of the flat. Flat sizes range between 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, studios, and whole houses. Five of the one bedroomed flats are studio flats, and all the other flats consist of bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. All flats are fully-furnished and include pots, cutlery, and crockery.
