Can I cancel after paying the holding fee?
Yes, within 3 days for a full refund. After that, the fee is non-refundable.

How can I pay?
Bank transfer, direct debit, or recurring payments.

Do I need a tenancy agreement?
Yes, for the full term with a deposit.

Can payments be taken automatically?
Yes, if a payment is due and unpaid.

When are payments taken?
On due dates unless already paid early.

Can I update my payment details?
Yes, but you must always keep valid details on file.

What if I don’t have payment details set up?
You’ll be contacted and must provide them before the next payment.

What are my payment responsibilities?
Keep details updated, ensure funds are available, and cover any bank fees.

What if a payment fails?
It will be retried after 7 days.

Is my payment data secure?
Yes, it’s securely stored and used only for payments.

1. What rules apply to this Cancellation Policy?
   It follows the ANUK/Unipol National Code, which overrides the policy if there is any conflict.
   
   

2. Can I cancel my tenancy if I don’t meet the Cancellation Criteria?
   No automatic right to cancel. You will normally remain liable for the full rent for the entire fixed term unless the landlord/agent agrees, at their sole discretion, to release you.
   
   

3. If I am released, do I still have to pay rent?
   Yes. If you are released after your tenancy has started, you must still pay rent for 4 weeks from the date you are notified in writing of your release.

4. Can I avoid paying the 4-week rent liability?
   Yes, but only if a suitable replacement tenant is found by you and approved by the landlord/agent.
