We can help you with temporary storage for your belongings. 

Bedding is not included in our accommodation, so you will need to bring your own. You can also purchase bedding locally when you arrive.

Your mail will be delivered to a secure mailbox in your apartment. If you receive a package that is too large or requires a signature, it will be held at the front desk. You will be notified if you have a package at the front desk, and you should pick it up as soon as possible.

All your utility bills are covered when booking with IQ, and your rent is fixed throughout your tenancy period. You can also access excellent facilities, exciting community events, and an IQ resident’s app.

IQ has various clubs which are free to join. These clubs bring together groups of residents that share the same passions or hobbies. Some available clubs include a fitness club, a cooking club, and many more fun clubs.

You can pay your rent upfront or in three or four instalments.Contact our accommodation experts for more information.

You can move into your room on the same day mentioned in your tenancy agreement.
