<ol data-end="264" data-start="29"><li data-end="88" data-start="29">With a UK-based guarantor: Installments available.</li><li data-end="150" data-start="89">Without a UK-based guarantor: Pay in full upfront or</li><li data-end="264" data-start="151">Without a UK-based guarantor, you can still pay in installments using the guarantor automated service to pay in 4 installments (5% fee payable at booking, refundable in case of cancellation).</li></ol>- Note: "Your Guarantor" is the only accepted guarantor service.

Payment Terms

1. Booking and Reservation Rent<ul style=""><li dir="ltr">To book a flat or bedroom, you must pay a Reservation Rent:<ul><li dir="ltr">£50 for re-booking students (renewals)</li><li dir="ltr">£100 for new bookings</li></ul></li><li dir="ltr">After booking, you have 3 days to sign the Tenancy Agreement.</li><li dir="ltr">If you cancel within these 3 days, the Reservation Rent is fully refundable.</li><li dir="ltr">If you do not cancel within this period, the Reservation Rent is non-refundable.</li><li dir="ltr">Once the Tenancy Agreement is signed, the Reservation Rent is held and applied to your first rent payment.</li></ul>2. How to Cancel<ul style=""><li dir="ltr">Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to the property you booked.</li></ul>3. Special Release Policiesa) No Place, No Pay (First-year UK students)<ul style=""><li dir="ltr">Eligibility: First-year undergraduate or postgraduate students whose university place is rejected.</li><li dir="ltr">Conditions:<ul><li dir="ltr">Notify Collegiate within 7 days of receiving rejection.</li><li dir="ltr">Provide official rejection letter.</li><li dir="ltr">Submit evidence by 30th August.</li></ul></li><li dir="ltr">Outcome: Booking cancelled with full refund of rent paid.</li></ul>b) No Visa, No Pay (International students)<ul style=""><li dir="ltr">Eligibility: First-year international undergraduate or postgraduate students whose UK visa is refused.</li><li dir="ltr">Conditions:<ul><li dir="ltr">Notify Collegiate within 7 days of visa refusal.</li><li dir="ltr">Provide official visa refusal notification.</li><li dir="ltr">Submit evidence by 30th August.</li></ul></li><li dir="ltr">Outcome: Booking cancelled with full refund of rent paid.</li></ul>4. Cancellation by Collegiate<ul style=""><li dir="ltr">If Collegiate cancels, you will be offered alternative accommodation.</li><li dir="ltr">If the alternative is unsuitable, you may cancel and receive a full refund.</li></ul>5. General Conditions<ul style=""><li dir="ltr">Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving evidence.</li><li dir="ltr">This policy does not affect your statutory rights.</li><li dir="ltr">Other extenuating circumstances may be considered case by case with supporting evidence. Contact your residence for guidance.</li></ul>The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy. There could be a few changes incorporated from time to time. The accommodation is very nice ,is one of the quite and pleasant student accommodation I have ever been with good facilities and friendly staff, especially the receptionist felish is very friendly and kind ,he solves issues immediately .

I had a great stay! The room was well-maintained and very clean. The accommodation’s central location made everything easily accessible. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring any issues were promptly addressed by the next day. Overall, a comfortable and convenient experience!

Study Inn Market Way is perfectly located in the heart of Coventry city center. There are plenty of food options outside, a market behind the building with fresh products and all the supermarkets as well as the university are just a few minutes away. The room is fully equipped and has sufficient cooking utensils which is a plus because I didn’t have to buy much stuff. The room is heated and provides everything I need as a student far from home.
When I arrived, I was very well received by Daniel who is very nice and showed me the building and explained how everything works. All the staff is super helpful and so nice and I have never had any troubles. It’s very pleasant to get into the building and have such nice people around. Gemma is also very nice and helpful and I’m very satisfied with the service, she always helps me with any issue or question. My housekeeper is Shushy and she is the best. Besides perfectly cleaning my room, changing my bed and my towels, she is very nice and a good company.
In general, it’s the perfect choice for us students. It’s a friendly environment and very safe. I really like to be here.
