If you did want to terminate your contract, you’d have to find someone who is new to our system, willing to sign at the same rate or higher, and sign and qualify on their own. As unless you go through the process of Mutual Termination, you will remain financially responsible for the terms of the housing agreement.</p>

Lark Chapel Hill

When I started looking for apartments around the UNC campus, Lark was one of the first options I saw available. I signed up to be on their list and I was contacted very soon after. They were the only apartment to reach out to me. The staff at Lark is a group of incredibly nice and welcoming people that answer all your questions and make you feel at home. Coming up on my first year here, I love how close I am to campus, the bus shuttle, and the positive atmosphere full of helping hands. I have already renewed for the upcoming year, and I plan to stay here until I graduate. Choosing Lark was the best decision I ever made here in Chapel Hill!

Lark has surpassed my expectations. I've never been somewhere that's felt as welcoming and homey like Lark. Walking through the lobby and getting to interact with other residents and the Lark staff is one of the highlights of my day. The amenities like the gym, study rooms, pool, and shuttle to campus are just an added bonus. I couldn't have been happier with my living experience this year :)

Lark feels like home. From the second you walk in the front door, you're greeted with smiling faces and fantastic service. The rooms at Lark are super comfortable and the amenities Lark provides are top-tier. The staff is super responsive to any service requests and are always happy to lend a hand. By the end of your stay, everyone – staff AND residents – feel like family
