King's Road Student Living

Lived here for a year and I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for student accommodation off campus. The building has been recently renovated, which makes it feel brand new. I lived in a standard ensuite and found that while it could be bigger, it was still spacious enough. The kitchen is large, with each flat having a TV, enough cupboards to store your items and two fridges shared among 8 flatmates. The WiFi is super fast as well.

It is also conveniently placed. You won't find any other accomodation that is close to both the uni campus and town center for the price they're offering. Bus stops and local shops are close by and you won't have to walk too far for anything.

They also have a very friendly and helpful staff who are always on hand to help with any issues. Shout outs to Joel, Tom and Nikki ??.

The only downside of this accommodation is the lack of a common area where students could perhaps meet and interact (play games, foosball, etc).

In conclusion, I would highly recommend this student accommodation. It may not be as high end as some options around, but it is certainly value for money. 5/5

Great student accommodation which I would recommend to anyone looking for places outside of campus! It has kitchen cleaning thrice a week, a big communal room with a licensed TV, fast WiFi and also a friendly staff who's always there to help. Location is also convenient since it is not too far from town center or campus and also has a bus stop right in front! Would recommend 5/5!

I really recommend this place for any students living in reading. It’s basically home away from home! The staff are friendly and the location of this accommodation is perfect (uni and town - basically walking distance). It’s a great place to make friends and enjoy.

I’ve been living at Kings Road student Accommodation for a term now and have had a great experience! The location is especially excellent with both Reading University and the town centre being a short walk away which is ideal for most of my needs. The staff are both friendly and accommodating and the building itself has all the facilities a student could need. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

I recommend kings to anyone looking for student accommodation. The communal area is probably the best I’ve seen and it has a cleaning service which is great. The rooms are nice and the office is always super helpful and nice to us residents. It’s close walk to the town centre and has multiple bus routes directly to campus, so it’s also convenient.
