How can I sign my license agreement?

You can do so through Adobe EchoSign’s secure electronic signature system.

What bills should I pay?

Your rent at Student Castle is all included, including content insurance. If you stopped being a full-time student and continued your stay or if you decide to install your own TV, then in that case, you'll be liable for a TV license fee and a council tax.

How can I use Student Castle's bike sharing service?

To use the property's free service, you must submit your room key in return for a bike and a helmet.

How can I pay in instalments?

To pay your rent in instalments, you need a UK-based guarantor, which allows you to pay in three instalments; this is not including Edinburgh. If unavailable, you'll have to pay the whole rent in advance.

Should I bring my own pots and pans?

You can bring your own equipment, or you can buy the property's kitchen pack.

When's the latest I can pay?

If your rent is overdue by over a week, you must pay an administration fee.
