Payment Terms

Where can I find the full termination policy? It is available in the booking section and on the documents page. You must read and understand it before confirming your booking. Can I cancel within the initial period? Yes. You may cancel within 7 days of accepting the offer or paying the deposit (whichever occurs first), provided you have not moved into the property. If eligible, your security deposit will be refunded in full. How long does it take to receive the deposit refund? Refunds are normally processed within 28 working days of cancellation. If the deposit has already been secured with a third-party protection scheme, the refund may take up to 60 days due to the scheme’s processing time. In this case, the refund will be issued directly by the scheme and may require a repayment reference provided by them. The landlord cannot influence or speed up this process. Deposits are legally required to be protected in a third-party scheme. What happens if I cancel after the 7-day initial period? You remain liable for rent on a weekly basis, including any part-week, until the room is re-let. When will I be released from the agreement after late cancellation? You will only be released once the room has been successfully re-let and any required release payment or fees have been paid. The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy. There could be a few changes incorporated from time to time. I had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it to other students. The accommodation was peaceful, comfortable, warm, and always felt very safe. The staff were proactive, friendly, and extremely helpful whenever assistance was needed. There were also plenty of events that helped create a lively and welcoming student community. Excellent value for money too.

The accommodation is very good value for money, with lifts to all floors and television in each large flat. There's also a continual stream of entertainment offered to residents, which is a real stress lift in the middle of study.

Definitely one of the best accommodations for students. Great location, right in the middle of Lincoln. Ben on reception is especially helpful nd friendly, all problems and maintenance issues get sorted quickly. I've rebooked for next year ?

Great location, right in town near all local shops and clubs etc. Amazing views from the back of the building. The shared kitchens are large and modern, all have islands and breakfast bars in, making them really social spaces. All kitchens have flat screen TVs in. Bedrooms a generous size and the bathrooms are modern and clean. Thank you Danesgate House! I have re-booked for next year!
