What payment methods are accepted?&nbsp;Rent can be settled via fortnightly direct debits (using an Australian bank account, Visa, or Mastercard) or through a single upfront payment. Are there extra fees?Surcharges apply to all credit card and Mastercard/Visa transactions and must be paid at the time of booking.

Payment Terms

How is a cancellation request submitted?&nbsp;All cancellations must be sent formally via email. Is there a period for a full refund?&nbsp;Yes. A "cooling off" period applies for 48 hours after the holding deposit is paid, or until the tenancy begins, whichever happens first. A Refund Form must be submitted to receive these funds. What happens if the deadline is missed?&nbsp;If the cooling-off period expires or the tenancy agreement is not signed within the required timeframe, the booking is cancelled, and the holding deposit is retained by the provider. What if a student visa is denied or a university offer is not received?&nbsp;A full refund of all fees and deposits is granted. To qualify, written evidence of the denial must be provided along with a Refund Form at least 3 days before the tenancy start date. Can the provider cancel a booking?Yes. Management may cancel a booking if the information provided is false or if the terms of the booking are breached. In such cases, the provider may retain all paid funds. The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy. There could be a few changes incorporated from time to time. Hence, we recommend you review the full Accommodation Contract for a comprehensive understanding of their cancellation policies.

I have lived at Scape University of Adelaide for over six years (since Feb 2020), and I can honestly say it was the best decision I made for my study life in Adelaide.

First and foremost, the location is unbeatable. It is literally right across the road from the University of Adelaide’s North Terrace Campus. Being in the heart of the CBD, I’m just steps away from Rundle Mall for shopping, and the Student Hub, State Library, Museum, and Art Gallery for study and inspiration. The scenic views of the River Torrens are also just a short walk away. My studio on the 18th floor offered the most breathtaking sunsets over the ocean every single day.

What truly sets this place apart, however, is the amazing team. I want to give a special shout-out to the Operations Manager, Paresh Kinra. He has been incredibly professional and helpful since the day I moved in, always going above and beyond to ensure the residents are well-cared for. The entire staff team is friendly, approachable, and makes you feel like you are part of a big family.

As a female student living alone, safety was my top priority, and I have felt 100% secure and at peace here for the past six years. Everything from the facilities to the management is top-notch.

If you are a student looking for a dream home in Adelaide that combines convenience, safety, and a warm community, I cannot recommend Scape University of Adelaide enough!

The staff were excellent in helping us sort out our contract and were patient. The facilities are great for the students and will recommend to all the new comers. Thanks Sai for sorting all our problems :)

Moved to Scape, had heaps of other options but after meeting kristin it was just one. Loved how joyfully she showed me the rooms and helped me with a smooth check in. What a legend and such a cool person!

I had an amazing experience at Scape! Kristin, Soy, and JJ were absolutely wonderful—so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They made everything smooth and enjoyable, and their positive energy really stood out. Highly recommend this place if you want great service and a warm atmosphere!

For washing machine, so bad experience, the email wrote that the price will increase as 24 January, but it increased since 23 January actually ?and the some dryers are not work so many times! (The staff is friendly to help me to solve the problems) Please update machines! It is really dirty

Update for the requirements speed is 5 stars ⭐️, thank you for the effective plumber staff, they changed a new sink and sewer for my room?

The sound insulation is too poor. Sometimes I feel like the doors between the rooms are made of paper. It's not my roommates' fault, but when they open the doors, my walls shake. However, I didn't have this problem when I lived on other floors before.

Why???! When I want more warm, the air conditioner only have cool function, and I wanna more cool, only heat! -
follow-up maybe they updated the system, good ?

It is a student accommodation, why they prefer to inspect our room during the exam time? I don’t understand

All good for now! I moved from scape, everyone is all friendly! Cindy and Kyle??
