Payment Terms

<p><br></p><p><h3 dir="ltr" style="font-weight: bold;">Initial Offer and Acceptance:</h3><ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style=""><p dir="ltr" style="">If we cannot offer you a room, we will notify you within five working days. No payment will be due.</p></li><li dir="ltr" style=""><p dir="ltr" style="">If we offer you a room but you do not accept within five (or three during the July-September peak periods) working days, your application will lapse.</p></li></ul><h3 dir="ltr" style="font-weight: bold;">Cancellations Before Check-In:</h3><ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style=""><p dir="ltr" style="">Initial Cancellation Period:</p><ul style=""><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You can cancel within 14 days of receiving confirmation that your booking is complete (reduced to 7 days from August 1st). No charges will apply.</p></li></ul></li><li dir="ltr" style=""><p dir="ltr" style="">Outside Initial Cancellation Period:</p><ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style=""><p dir="ltr">You are liable for the weekly rent for each and every week or part week until the room is re-let.</p></li><li dir="ltr" style=""><p dir="ltr" style="">You must find another acceptable tenant.</p></li></ul></li></ul><h3 dir="ltr" style="font-weight: bold;">Cancellations After Check-In:</h3><ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style=""><p dir="ltr" style="">If you collect the keys but then choose to cancel, you must find another acceptable tenant.</p></li><li dir="ltr" style=""><p dir="ltr" style="">You remain liable for the weekly rent for each and every week or part week until the room is re-let.</p></li></ul><h3 dir="ltr" style="font-weight: bold;">Charges:</h3><ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style=""><p dir="ltr" style="">There is a £50 administration fee if the room is re-let.</p></li><li dir="ltr" style=""><p dir="ltr">At the end of the tenancy, charges for damages or arrears may apply if any are incurred. If there are no damages or arrears, your contract will be finalised and released.</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr" style="">The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy. There could be a few changes incorporated from time to time. Hence, we recommend you review the full Accommodation Contract for a comprehensive understanding of their cancellation policies.</p></p><p><br></p>

lovely accommodation! i’m enjoying living here so far and enjoying the events the lovely receptionists hold for us! had an amazing indian food night and it was super fun and delicious. this accom has a wonderful community feeling n i never want to leave!!
