What happens to my mail?
Your mail will be delivered to your flat's secure mailbox. Packages that are too large or require a signature will be held at the front desk. You will be notified if you have a package at the front desk, and you should pick it up within a reasonable timeframe.
Does my room come with bedding?
We do not provide bedding, so you will need to bring your own sheets, duvet, pillows, and towels when you move in. You may also choose to buy them locally when you arrive.
Can I store my belongings?
We can store your belongings for a short period of time if you do not want to take them with you when you leave. Please ask our Reception team for more details.
Is there an on-site laundry facility?
In most IQ buildings, there are laundry facilities. If the building does not have a laundry facility, IQ has various partners offering laundry and dry cleaning services, which can even pick up your laundry and have it delivered back to you.
When am I able to move into my room?
Once you have fulfilled your requirements and provided your necessary documents, the final step would be signing your tenancy agreement which will have your expected move-in day.
