Residents of iQ properties can store their bikes for free in secure, on-site facilities. To use the facility, you must register and tag your bike with our staff when you arrive.

You can specify your desired room location when you book, but we cannot guarantee that it will be available.

You can live with your friends in a shared flat if you make a group booking. We have a process in place to make it easy for you.

We offer free dual occupancy in a limited number of our studios, but only if both residents are students.

When booking IQ accommodation, you’ll get to benefit from a fixed rent with all bills included, so you do not have to worry about sudden changes in rent or hidden fees; additionally, you’ll get to benefit from various offerings such as events, IQ clubs, a great student experience, 24/7 staff support, and an IQ resident’s app.

Most IQ accommodations have on-site laundry facilities, and some sites, such as ones in London, also have partnered with delivery and collection companies providing laundry and dry cleaning services for a small fee.

IQ has various clubs that you can join for free, bringing together groups of like-minded residents, some of the clubs available include a fitness club, a cooking club, and many more exciting ones.
