All invoices must be settled in accordance with the due dates specified in the Agreement and corresponding invoices. Any delay or failure in payment may constitute a breach of contract and may result in suspension or discontinuation of services.

Non-Refundable Payments

All advance payments and security deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation Liability

In the event of cancellation, amendment, early termination, no-show, or failure to check-in, the resident shall remain liable for the full contracted amount, including the security deposit.

Advance Payment Requirement

100% advance payment is required prior to the arrival of each student as per the terms mentioned in the individual contract. Reservations will be confirmed and processed only after the payment has been made directly by the student.

Cancellation Policy: In the event a confirmed booking is cancelled by the guest or the booking party after the issuance of a booking confirmation, the full accommodation fee for the entire booked period shall be charged as cancellation retention. All advance payments and security deposits are strictly non-refundable.

Advance Payments and Security Deposits: All advance payments and security deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. In the event of cancellation, amendment, early termination, no-show, or failure to check-in, the resident shall remain liable for the full contracted amount, including the security deposit.

No-Show Policy: In the event that a confirmed booking is not utilized and the resident fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date, the reservation shall be considered as 'No-Show,' and the resident shall remain fully liable for the entire contract value, including all advance payments and the security deposit.

Booking Confirmation and Payment Terms: Rooms are subject to pre-booking and confirmation after the payment as per the contract. Any last-minute requests or unpaid reservations are considered tentative and will not be guaranteed until the receipt of full payment.

Contract Signing Deadline: The signed contract must be returned no later than 15th August 2026. Failure to sign and return the contract by the specified deadline may result in its cancellation or invalidation without further notice.
