No exception can be made for financial hardship, academic changes, family matters, medical issues, roommate conflict or any other reason. If you did want to terminate your contract, you’d have to find someone who is new to our system, willing to sign at the same rate or higher, and sign and qualify on their own. As unless you go through the process of Mutual Termination, you will remain financially responsible for the terms of the housing agreement.

The Village at Colbert Park

The Village is under new management, and all I can represent from my experiences as a new tenant is that they are responsive, clean, and friendly.

Jennifer and her team are constantly working to make sure everyone’s work orders are fulfilled, mail and packages are sorted, and the units are clean and well maintained.

When I moved in, there was new paint, the doors were reinstalled, and newer mattresses were being replaced for the rooms.

Every time I go into the office, the ladies working there are nice and always hustling in getting things in order. Really glad to be here, especially as I moved cross country and wasn’t sure what to expect.

I lived here for a few years, and was proud to call The Village home! Anytime I needed anything or had any questions, the management staff here were very helpful and kind. The Village served me well, and I highly recommend this to college students (especially vet med) who need a home away from home.

I just moved here recently and so far it's been great. The staff are super friendly and accommodating, quick to respond to requests and issues and offering solutions (Big shoutout to Jennifer!). Also some items were broken when I first moved in, but after submitting a maintenance request, it was all fixed in a day.

Really thankful that the staff has been really supportive & quick to answer my questions. I also can tell they put a lot of effort into making things run smoothly and keeping the units well-furnished and taken care of. Thank you!

Lived here for 2 year's. This is also my first Apartment. Living with my sister. I'm Not completely alone. I love it here. This place has great amenities. Like a pool excise room. It even has a park. Not Owned by the apartment complex. We just happen to be next door. This place has reasonable prices that are not to bad. And  it's not far from the U of I which helps if your a college student! They offer shuttles to and from the U of I, which is a bonus. Because who loves free transportation. I highly recommend living here.  Because it's a great way to make to friends. And save money. During your college years. Why live anywhere else. live at the Village at Colbert Park!
