ONYX Overview

Location

To finalise the move-in process, the initial rental payment and the security deposit must be received as cleared funds at least one business day before the tenancy starts. Please note that contracts will not be formally executed until these specific payments are confirmed.Initial Rent CalculationThe amount due for the first month depends on the move-in date:<ul><li dir="ltr">Move-in on or before the 15th: Payment covers the remaining days of the current month. This is calculated by dividing the total annual rent by 365 and multiplying it by the days left in the month.</li><li dir="ltr">Move-in on or after the 16th: Payment must include the pro-rated amount for the current month (calculated as above) plus the full rent for the following month.</li></ul>Security DepositThe deposit is equivalent to five weeks’ rent. To comply with regulations, the tenant must transfer these funds directly; payments from third parties are not accepted.&nbsp;Once paid, the funds are held securely by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (Custodial).Payment Due DatesRent is due on the 1st of each month, per the Tenancy Agreement, via standing order.For joint tenancies, residents must designate one individual to handle the payment; multiple-account payments may trigger extra fees.

Payment Terms

All tenancy contracts remain subject to final agreement. Cancellation becomes impossible after signing and executing the Tenancy Agreement, plus payment of the first month's rent.The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy. There could be a few changes incorporated from time to time. Hence, we recommend you review the full Accommodation Contract for a comprehensive understanding of their cancellation policies.&nbsp;

Three years later, it's finally time to say goodbye to Onyx Prestige Student Living, and it's honestly more emotional than I expected.
This place wasn't just accommodation—it became home. It was where I grew, made unforgettable memories, met amazing people, and went through some of the biggest chapters of my life. The staff were always friendly, approachable, and genuinely supportive, which made such a difference throughout my stay.
The building was well maintained, the facilities were great, and whenever I needed help, the team was always there. Living here gave me a safe and comfortable environment to focus on my studies while enjoying student life.
Thank you, Onyx Prestige, for being part of my journey. I'll always look back on these three years with gratitude and a lot of nostalgia. I'll definitely miss calling this place home.

My time at Onyx has been amazing , and I am happy to be staying for another year. It’s a comfortable and friendly place that has made my student life much easier. I've genuinely enjoyed living at Onyx, and my experience has been so positive that I've already booked my room for next year. The accommodation has always felt like a comfortable place to come back to, and it's made student life much more enjoyable.

The facilities are great, the atmosphere is friendly, and it's a place where I've felt settled from the beginning. Rebooking was an easy decision because I've been so happy here. From the day I moved in, everything has gone smoothly. The atmosphere is welcoming, and it's been a comfortable place to live while studying. Whenever I've needed help, Syed and Miah have been friendly, professional, and quick to sort things out. They always take the time to answer questions and make sure residents are looked after. I appreciate the support I've received and have had a genuinely positive experience living here. I'd be happy to recommend it to other students.

Absolutely love living at Onyx! Incredible clean facilities and my room has the best view ever! I am on the 16th floor facing city centre and it’s absolutely fabulous!! The team at Onyx cannot do enough to support and make my experience nice! Lots of events on a daily basis! Thank you all especially Syed & Wes! They are the kindest people you will ever meet ❤️??
