You are allowed to have guests stay over at your iQ accommodation, but there are some rules. Overnight guests can only stay in your own room and for no more than 3 nights within a 7 day period. Please let your flatmates know when you have a guest staying over and sign them in at reception. You are also responsible for their behavior.

You are free to move out of your iQ accommodation at any time, but you will still need to pay rent for the entire duration of your fixed-term tenancy agreement.

If you and your partners are students, we offer free dual occupancy at a limited number of our studios

Yes, once you confirm your room option, you’ll get to choose the floor and even the proximity of your room to the kitchen.

Yes, we can arrange for you to book with a friend or a group depending on availability.

As part of your IQ rent, you will not be required to pay any utility bills such as electricity, water, and wifi. You will also have access to various facilities in your building.

Car parking is available, as well as specially reserved accessible parking spots; however, parking spots are limited and not available at all locations. Kindly check with our helpful staff before bringing your car over.
