iQ Broderick House

We offer free dual occupancy in a limited number of our studios, but only if the residents are both full-time students.

You can move out of your iQ accommodation, but you will still be liable for rent payments until the end of your fixed-term tenancy agreement.

You can have guests stay over at your iQ accommodation, but please be mindful of your fellow residents. Overnight guests can only stay in your own room and for no more than 3 nights within a 7 day period. Please let your flatmates know when you have a guest staying over and sign them in at reception. You are also responsible for their behavior.

IQ’s bills generally cover electricity, wifi, and water and give you access to excellent facilities, including a gym, lounges, outdoor area, and great social spaces; the amenities and facilities provided may differ from building to building.

Your exact move-in date will be mentioned on your tenancy agreement once you have completed your requirements.

Most IQ buildings have on-site laundry facilities; IQ is partnered with various laundry and drycleaning services if not available.

Various IQ locations have free to us bike parking areas to use; however, with the staff's help, you must register and label your bike.
