Payment Terms

Where can I find the full termination policy? It is available in the booking section and on the documents page. You must read and understand it before confirming your booking.Can I cancel within the initial period? Yes. You may cancel within 7 days of accepting the offer or paying the deposit (whichever occurs first), provided you have not moved into the property. If eligible, your security deposit will be refunded in full.How long does it take to receive the deposit refund? Refunds are normally processed within 28 working days of cancellation. If the deposit has already been secured with a third-party protection scheme, the refund may take up to 60 days due to the scheme’s processing time. In this case, the refund will be issued directly by the scheme and may require a repayment reference provided by them. The landlord cannot influence or speed up this process. Deposits are legally required to be protected in a third-party scheme.What happens if I cancel after the 7-day initial period? You remain liable for rent on a weekly basis, including any part-week, until the room is re-let.When will I be released from the agreement after late cancellation? You will only be released once the room has been successfully re-let and any required release payment or fees have been paid.The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy. Rockingham House

Nice place, the receptionist is really kind and nice, shout-out to Brett ?. Overall everyone’s nice and the building has a lot of celebrations for free food :)) fan light keeps dying above the hob?.
Jokes aside, it’s alright

Fantastic student accommodation. Re-booked from last year due to the standard of living for a student accommodation. Upgrade to the gold ensuite from a silver ensuite. Got plenty and ample amounts of room to study and relax. Can honestly say that I will be re-booking for the educational year 2022-23.

The staff here are an absolute delight and always want to get students involved in activities that the household is running such as welcome parties and world food day.

I would highly recommend this for any and all university students who are attending one of the universities within Sheffield.

Had a lovely stay for a year at Rockingham House! The on-site staff are helpful in every manner possible. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is in search of a cosy, homely student accommodation in Sheffield!

Had a lovely time staying here! Great staff, amazing location and a beautiful environment. Would recommend this place a 100% to anyone looking for a very relaxed stay! ☺️ it also has some great views!

The location is very good, only a few hundred metres from Diamond, close to West Street but not noisy. Prices are better compared to other apartments. There are two receptions and they are very nice. One of them is a sister from China, who brings great convenience to Chinese overseas students. All good.
