Check-in guides are emailed two to four weeks before the move-in date. The instructions require residents to select a move-in time slot, fill out paperwork, and pay off any pending balances before arriving.

How can a tenancy be extended for another term?

Residents should contact management early to arrange a renewal or rebooking, ensuring a better chance of keeping their preferred room.
