The cleaning of your room is your responsibility. We will take care of the common areas of the building, such as the social spaces, reception, and laundry. However, we encourage you and your flatmates to help keep the common areas clean and tidy by disposing of your rubbish properly and reporting any maintenance issues to us as soon as possible.

Pets are not allowed on-site.

Once everything is finalised, you will find your expected move-in date on your tenancy agreement.

Once you confirm your desired room option, you can get various choices of the same room type; these include different floor levels and even the proximity to the kitchen.

You should get your own supply of toileteries, hangers, pc/laptop, bedding, and kitchen utensils.

Your rent covers utilities such as electricity, wifi, and water; most notably, it gives you access to excellent facilities, which IQ are famous for.
