All IconInc aparthotels are cashless.

Holding Fee
The holding fee can be paid using:

• MasterCard

Booking Payments
Payments for bookings must be made by bank transfer.

On-Site (Incidental) Payments
Contactless cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted at the hotel for incidentals.

Please note that a limit of £30 applies to payments made via contactless cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

The above payment policy is a synopsis of the property’s payment policy. There could be a few changes incorporated from time to time. Hence, we recommend you review the full Accommodation Contract for a comprehensive understanding of their payment policies.

• Minimum stay is 28 consecutive nights. A £500 holding fee is required and refunded only if cancelled within 48 hours; after that, all payments become non-refundable and non-transferable.
• After booking confirmation, full or termly payments are non-refundable under the selected rate plan.
• Early departures are charged according to the rate plan and may include further termly payments or the remaining booking balance.
• The booking may be cancelled immediately for non-payment or contract breach.
• Cancellation may also occur due to events beyond control (e.g. severe weather, fire, flooding, terrorism). Alternative accommodation will be offered where possible.
• If accommodation is unavailable on arrival, suitable alternative accommodation will be provided at no extra cost beyond the original rate.
• Insurance is not included.
• Optional extras are fully non-refundable once charged.
