If you cancel less than 30 days before the agreement start date, a break lease fee equal to 2 weeks’ rent will apply.

If your visa application is refused, you may request to cancel your booking without penalty by notifying the property in writing at least 7 days before your agreement start date and providing sufficient supporting evidence.
