A room is reserved by submitting an online "Reservation Rent" payment during the booking process. The cost is £50 for returning residents and £100 for brand-new applicants.

What is the timeline for contract signing, and is the reservation fee refundable?

Applicants have 3 days from the initial booking date to sign the formal Tenancy Agreement. The reservation fee is fully refundable if a cancellation is submitted within this 3-day window.
